I am a "leisure" photographer, purchasing several cameras over the years from K&S. I've also used their photo restoration service and camera repair. I've never been disappointed with the end results.

I'm an independent filmmaker and I've rented both cameras and lights from Keeble & Shuchat. I have never been disappointed. The service has been friendly and helpful, and I've never (knock on wood) had any technical problems with the equipment. It is a great resource for us creative types.
