I had a really complicated trip in which my teenage son was to fly alone to Colorado, meet my sister, and after a few days of vacation there, fly with her and her kids to Cincinnati. I was go from Cleveland to Cincinnati and from there fly home with my son. We wanted to minimize plane changes and stopovers for him but it was to a small airport and we had to work within a tight schedule. It was hard even to describe what we wanted to do, and I would never have figured out the flight and schedule Mary came up with. It required a knowledge of airline routes and schedules that few infrequent travelers have! It was amazing! Thank you, Mary!
A separate trip involved a last-minute trip to Palm Springs for Thanksgiving with extended family from LA. We needed a place that would be fun for a family of 6, with four kids under the age of 10, but also for grandparents and a teenager. And Thanksgiving dinner. Mary came through the week before Thanksgiving on spacious and affordable accommodations as well as a family-friendly restaurant with great food! Cheers!
When the Carnival Splendor was suddenly taken out of service last year for repairs, Jenny's family needed another vacation option quickly! Whenever anyone goes on vacation, they should have the best experience possible. To be a great travel agent, it's not enough to just book staterooms on a cruise ship and consider it done. Making sure that people have the right staterooms, such as connecting ones for families, and in good locations is important. Equally important is considering the whole travel experience, including the special days in port. Those days can be great or...pretty bad when there's no help provided to find the great options.

I called upon Mary's services when taking my daughter on a special Spring Break trip to Disney world. Having never been there before, the choices and options for theme parks and hotels were overwhelming. Mary made the process easy and enjoyable. Mary arranged our last trip down to the land of Mouse. I knew exactly what I wanted, but didn't know how to do it, or have time to figure it out. Enter Mary...Wow. She nailed it. Found us accommodations that fit us to a T. She also gave us lots of travel and eating recommendations. The icing on the cake was her "how to attack the park" document. Tips from where to enter the park, what to avoid and how to work Fast Pass. She even responded to text message questions I had while in the park. Talk about customer service. You rock girl!

I have used Mary Kraemer's services to arrange travel for two trips recently. Mary helped me set up a group travel trip with a scout group to Florida, finding both a great airfare and excellent ground transportation in Florida for our group of 12. She set up the ideal flight times for us and the airfares were competitive with the online fares. All of the travel arrangements came off without a hitch.
We have also used Mary's services to arrange a trip that we are going to be taking to Europe soon. We told Mary what we were looking for and she came back with excellent suggestions in a flash. Getting this trip arranged with Mary's help was a breeze.
