I recently bought another bike from Cardinal Bikes (our family has purchased all our bikes there) and wanted to express how great it is to have a no-nonsense, customer service oriented bike shop in town that isn't aimed at the hard-core biking crowd. For those of us just wanting a decent bike and a place to get the occasional bike tune-up, the folks at Cardinal are great. Unpretentious and reasonably priced. I hope they have a solid niche in Palo Alto's bike retail world.
