We sit down with you to map out a plan that fits the needs of your family. Based on your goals, the contents of the home, and time constraints, we recommend an approach for clearing the estate that fits your circumstances.

Once we have determined a plan of action with you, we go through the entire house to make sure nothing is missed. Our careful approach will often turn up something unanticipated: a long lost family document, an item of unexpected value, even cash.

As instructed, we save some things for the family, prepare others for sale, and arrange to haul away the rest. Our broad network of experts are called in as needed to appraise unique items, and to restore, buy and sell antiques and collectibles. At the end of the process you will receive a detailed report of the disposition of all items.
