For nearly 30 years we have been building—one project at a time—a reputation for fairness and thoughtful development. We take on a limited number of new projects, focusing our energy and enthusiasm primarily on redeveloping shopping centers and retail and office buildings. From the simply outdated to the outright neglected, these properties often occupy a significant place in their communities and we take pride in renewing their productivity.

Over the years, we have built trusted relationships with city councils, planning commissions and neighborhood groups, as well as brokers, architects, engineers, contractors and of course our many tenants. We manage our own properties and a handful of other properties owned by friends.

We work solely in the Greater Bay Area, from Santa Cruz to Santa Rosa to Sacramento. Through numerous charities and non-profits, we give back to the communities in this region, especially through Rebuilding Together Peninsula, the Association for Frontotemporal Dementias, St. Anthony's and our own college scholarship programs.

We are privately held and based in Palo Alto and Sacramento.
