My two greatest health challenges - back pain and anxiety - have inspired my fifteen years of study and practice in alternative health. In searching to understand the cause of my own problems, I discovered the complexity of illness. What I offer in my work today is a combination of my training in massage, Rosen Emotional Bodywork, Bio-energy Balancing, and as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist; understanding each contributes a piece to the puzzle, but individually none provides all the answers.
