A change of season means a change in diet and in daily routines.
Ayurveda recommends a few days of internal cleansing at every change of
season to remove toxins that may have built up during the previous
season, allowing us to start each season anew. Through a cleansing diet
that includes vegetarian protein, seasonal produce, kitchen spices along
with medicinal herbs, exercise, massage and rest, we cleanse and purify
our bodies thus facilitating our own process of self-healing. This
class will prepare you for the home cleanse and help you with issues
like scheduling and making the cleanse work for you. Included in this
workshop is a sweet deep relaxation to get you started. A cleanse kit
will be available for purchase at the class.
