San Francisco’s legendary literary festival comes to the Oshman Family JCC on Sunday, August 26. And it's free! Expect all the rollicking literary fun of great authors, ideas and conversation plus live music, food, gift vendors & community hospitality tables.

For kids and families, there will be storytelling, workshops and engaging authors.

After the literary salons for adults, our 21+ guests  are invited to a“Blues, Booze & Schmooze” no-host social.

The evening culminates with the celebrated host of KQED’s Forum Michael Krasny with “An Evening of Jewish Humor.” This is the only Litquake event with an entrance fee. Click here to purchase tickets.

Donate a book! The Jewish Coalition for Literacy will be collecting children’s books for ages 5-8. New and gently used only.
