Brand New Seasonal Menu at 4290 Bistro & Bar by Charles Crossley, our new Executive Chef. Our Fall menu features contemporary American brasserie-style cuisine with an emphasis on “Farm to Table” freshness, using only local and seasonal ingredients prepared in an simple, unpretentious manner. Some of the highlights include Tomato-Pernod Bisque, Baby Gem "Caesar" and Pan Roasted Salmon.
