Gianni, the founder of Pasta? Restaurant came from a large and modest family in Southern Italy. Although they did not have much money, Gianni remembers every evening his family would sit down together and enjoy the most delicious meals prepared by their mother. She prepared authentic and simple recipes that have ran in the family for generations. Gianni brought those same authentic Italian recipes to America, and now those recipes are here for you at Pasta?

Gianni's upbringing helped create his vision of an authentic Italian dining experience offered at the right price. That is how Pasta? was created.
